Viewing User Reservation History

Details of a selected User are available on the Reservations tab, along with details of any pending or completed reservations. Select View Reservations and enter the user's Logon ID to view their reservation history. The display updates every 60 seconds. To update the screen manually, click the Refresh button ( ).

Links are available to create a reservation for the user, modify their details, or print out their logon details.

The printout of the user's logon details includes a barcode representing their logon ID. To print barcodes, a barcode font must be installed on all browser PCs being used to access the Nerve Center.

Pending Reservations

Any of the user's reservations that have not started yet are displayed separately. For each pending reservation, a Cancel link is available. Clicking this link cancels the reservation. If it is a Queued reservation, the user is removed from the queue immediately.

Most Recent Reservations

The details of the user's most recently completed reservations are displayed. Up to ten reservations are displayed.

Scheduled reservations canceled by Block reservations

If any of the user's Scheduled reservations have been canceled to make way for a Block reservation, they are listed here.
