Available Reports
The following reports can be generated from the Pharos Reports application. Reports are grouped into categories, which are displayed on separate tabs in the reports interface.

Copying Reports

Copier Summary by Bank |
A summary report showing the copy job totals for all copiers that use the specified Bank. |

Copier Summary by Week |
A summary report showing weekly copy job totals for all copiers, as well as graphs showing the number of pages printed by each copier in each week of the period reported on. |

Copier Transactions |
A detailed report for all transactions for the selected copier between the specified start and end dates. |
|
Cost Center Copy Transactions |
A summary report for all Copy transactions charged to the selected Cost Center between the specified start and end dates. |

Group Copying Detail |
A detailed report for a single User Group listing all copiers that members of the group have used, with the number of copies printed against each copier between specified start and end dates. |

Group Copying Summary |
A summary report for all User Groups, with the total amount of copying that has been carried out by members of each group between specified start and end dates. |

User Copy Transactions |
A summary report for all Copy transactions charged to the selected user between the specified start and end dates. |

User Copying Detail |
A detailed report for the selected user listing all copiers and MFDs that they have used, along with the number of copy jobs against each copier between specified start and end dates. |

A report listing all print jobs deleted between the specified start and end dates, with the total cost of all jobs, giving an indication of the savings being made by users deleting unnecessary jobs instead of printing them. |

Group Printing Detail |
A detailed report for a single User Group listing all printers that members of the group have used, with the number of jobs printed against each printer between specified start and end dates. |

Group Printing Summary |
A summary report for all User Groups, with the total amount of printing that has been carried out by members of each group between specified start and end dates. |
| MobilePrint Summary Report | The MobilePrint Printing Summary Report shows the number of jobs and pages submitted by MobilePrint. It provides a view of the total number of MobilePrint jobs and pages compared to jobs submitted using other methods for all printers or for all users between the specified start and end dates. |

A summary report of transactions on the specified printer (or all printers) between the specified start and end dates. The report details the average number of prints that were made during each hour of the week for the specified period. Results are displayed on a graph. |

A summary report showing total print volumes and costs for the entire site, as well as the volume and estimated cost of deleted jobs. |

A summary report for all Print transactions charged to the selected user between the specified start and end dates. |

User Printing Detail |
A detailed report for the selected user listing all printers that they have used, along with the number of print jobs against each printer between specified start and end dates. |
